FusionCare.AI is a digital tool to help you lose weight. It works with your doctor or healthcare provider to give you a personalized plan. Your doctor can see your progress, and the app gives you tips, coaching, and education to help you stay on track
Yes! When you add new information or complete tasks in the app, it updates your health data. Some information might need to be added by you or checked by your doctor to make sure it’s correct.
Your health data can be seen by:
- You
- Your doctor and their team
- The FusionCare.AI team (who help you with your care plan)
Your data is kept private and no one else can see it unless you agree.
- Progress updates
- Weekly goals and summaries
Your health data is updated right away when you add new information. The app also looks at your progress and gives you tips. Your doctor or care team checks your data on a schedule, like during check-ups or appointments.
You can get help in several ways:
- Chat with the AI Coach 24/7 for quick help
- Use in-app support
- Message your doctor (coming soon)
- Email the technical support team at support@fusioncare.ai
Appointments
- Open the app and tap "Schedule an Appointment."
- Pick the type of visit and your available times.
- Confirm your appointment.
- Go to "Appointments."
- Pick the appointment you want to change.
- Tap "Cancel."
- If you want to reschedule, book a new appointment.
AI Coach
No, the AI Coach is a tool to help you, but it can’t replace your doctor. It gives advice and support but doesn’t make medical decisions. Always talk to your doctor for medical advice.

Your doctor can see a summary of your conversations with the AI Coach, but they won’t see every single question. Important health issues will be flagged for the doctor to check.
